We kept hearing the same thing from athletes, physiotherapists, and surgeons: recovery is managed on trust. Patients guess whether they are pushing hard enough, clinicians work from a handful of snapshots, and everyone waits until the next appointment to find out if the plan is working. Sanaré began as an attempt to close that gap with data instead of assumptions, built alongside the clinicians and athletes who live inside it.
